Salvador Athens
Cocktail bar brand identity and communication system for an urban nightlife venue
alvador Athens is a cocktail bar brand identity project for an urban hospitality venue in Athens. The identity had to work across the bar environment, printed collateral, social media, merchandise and event communication. The design direction focuses on rhythm, contrast and recognisable details. A bold black-and-cream pattern became the main signature of the brand, while the handwritten logo adds warmth, movement and a more human tone. Together, these elements create a flexible visual system that connects the street, the bar and the social experience.

A tactile system for printed bar touchpoints
The identity was designed to move easily across printed and physical formats. Business cards, menus, coasters, bags and small bar details use the same visual ingredients, while each application adapts the system to its own role. This gives the brand consistency without making every touchpoint feel identical. The pattern works as a strong graphic anchor, while the dark backgrounds, material details and warm accents keep the identity close to the atmosphere of the bar.
A flexible language for nightlife communication
The social and campaign assets extend the identity into everyday communication. Cocktail posts, event announcements and promotional graphics combine photography, bold typography and the signature pattern. As a result, the brand can shift from atmospheric to playful, from product-led to event-driven, while still remaining recognisable. This was important for a hospitality brand that needs to communicate often, not only exist as a static identity.
A hospitality identity with a distinctive urban voice
The final identity gives Salvador Athens a clear and recognisable presence across physical and digital touchpoints. The pattern, logo, printed collateral, merchandise, social media assets and campaign material work together as one flexible system. The result is a hospitality brand that feels urban, tactile and memorable. It can live on the street, on the table, on social media and inside the bar itself, while keeping a consistent visual voice across every point of contact.
